We are looking for a motivated and energetic Field Sales Executive to expand the market for Northern Spices. The role involves appointing distributors and dealers, increasing retailer coverage, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit retail stores, supermarkets, and wholesalers daily.
- Appoint recent distributors and dealers in assigned areas.
- Generate orders from retailers and distributors.
- Build strong relationships with customers.
- Ensure timely order collection and follow-up.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain product benefits.
- Submit daily visit and sales reports.
- Collect market feedback and competitor information.
- Coordinate with the office for order processing and deliveries.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in FMCG field sales (preferred).
- Experience in spices, groceries,
or food products is an advantage.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Own two-wheeler with a valid driving licence.
- Basic knowledge of smartphone apps (WhatsApp, Google Maps, Excel).
- Ability to travel within Bengaluru.
