Experience: Minimum 1 year preferred in Debt Recovery / Collection
Job Description - We are looking for a DRA Certified Debt Recovery Executive to join our collection team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer calls and follow-ups for outstanding payments.
- Manage collection/recovery cases and achieve assigned targets.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions and payment commitments.
- Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
Requirements:
- DRA (Debt Recovery Agent) Certification is mandatory.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in debt recovery/collection preferred.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and qualified approach.
