? Job RoleWe are looking for a Telesales Executive who can connect with potential customers, understand their requirements, and promote suitable financial and insurance products.

- Candidates with experience in Health Insurance Sales, Motor Insurance Sales, or Credit Card Sales can also apply.
- ? Roles & Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database and cold leads.
- Explain product features, benefits, pricing, terms, and other details clearly and persuasively.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Health Insurance, Motor Insurance, or Credit Card products.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into customers through effective telesales techniques.
- Follow up regularly with interested customers and maintain a consistent sales pipeline.
- Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns professionally.
- Achieve daily, weekly,



and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities using CRM tools.
- Stay updated with product knowledge, competitor offerings, and relevant industry trends.
- Ensure all calls and sales activities comply with company policies and applicable regulatory guidelines.
- ? Candidate Requirements
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Strong sales and customer-handling skills.
- Comfortable making outbound sales calls.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
- Prior experience in Telesales, Insurance Sales, Banking, Credit Card Sales, or Telecalling will be an advantage.
