*Job Responsibilities:*

* ? Handle calls from truck drivers/partners and resolve their queries.

* ? Assist drivers with FR8 app-related issues and processes.

* ? Understand partner concerns and provide quick solutions.

* ? Coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational issues.

* ? Maintain a good relationship with truck drivers/partners.

* ? Record and follow up on unresolved queries until closure.

*Skills Required:*

* Valuable communication skills

* Problem-solving ability

* Patience and customer-handling skills

* Basic knowledge of mobile apps

* Tamil/Hindi/English communication is an advantage.
