Job Summary

We are looking for a Site Supervisor with hands-on experience in Solar, Electrical, or Renewable Energy projects to supervise and coordinate site activities. The candidate will be responsible for managing installation work, manpower, contractors, materials, safety, and ensuring projects are completed as per quality and timeline requirements.

- Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day solar and electrical installation activities at project sites.
- Coordinate installation of solar panels, structures, cables, inverters, earthing, and electrical systems.
- Manage technicians, electricians, workers, and subcontractors.
- Ensure installation work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor the progress of solar PV and electrical works and prepare daily site reports.
- Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, vendors, and contractors.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and utilization of solar and electrical materials.
- Inspect installation quality and identify technical or workmanship-related issues.
- Monitor cable laying, termination, wiring, earthing, and related electrical activities.
- Supervise mounting structure installation and solar module installation.
- Ensure proper alignment, positioning, and installation of solar modules.
- Coordinate testing and commissioning activities with the technical team.




- Ensure compliance with electrical and site safety procedures.
- Ensure workers use appropriate PPE and safety equipment.
- Maintain site records, attendance, material requirements, and work-progress reports.
- Identify site-level challenges and coordinate with the concerned team for resolution.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned work as per project schedule.

- Required Qualification
- ITI / Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Renewable Energy / Civil Engineering or related field.
- Candidates with relevant hands-on experience in solar projects may also be considered.
- Experience2–5 years of experience in Solar, Electrical, Renewable Energy, EPC, or related projects preferred.
- Experience in solar installation, electrical work, site supervision, or project execution will be an advantage.

- Ideal Candidate
- The ideal candidate should be hands-on and technically sound, with practical experience in solar, electrical, or renewable energy projects. Candidates who have previously supervised solar installation teams, electrical technicians, or renewable energy site activities will be preferred.
