Salary Package

For Candidates with 1+ Year Experience:

- Up to 4.2 LPA CTC (including 2,000 PLI)
- Approx. 32,000 In-Hand

For Candidates with 2+ Years of Experience:

- Up to 4.3 LPA CTC (including 2,000 PLI)
- Approx. 33,000 In-Hand

Who Are We Looking For?

We are looking for confident, target-oriented Customer Service professionals who are comfortable with upselling.

This is NOT a pure customer support role; candidates should have a solid interest in upselling/cross-selling and achieving targets.

Eligibility

- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 1 year of experience on papers
- Customer Service / Upselling / Cross-selling / Sales experience preferred
- C1 English communication or above
- Comfortable working with upselling & performance targets
- Comfortable working in 247 rotational shifts
- Comfortable working from the office in Gurugram
- Should fall under the applicable cab hiring zone
