Job Title: Sales & Customer Service Executive – Gym Counter

We are looking for an energetic and customer-friendly Sales & Customer Service Executive to represent our healthy meal service at our partner gym.

Key Responsibilities

- Represent the company professionally at the designated gym location.
- Receive packed meals supplied by the company and distribute them to the respective customers/subscribers.
- Explain our meal plans, products, subscription options, and services to gym members.
- Actively promote and sell our meal plans to prospective customers and work towards increasing subscriptions.
- Engage with gym members, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable meal plans.
- Maintain basic records of meal distribution, customer enquiries, leads, and new subscriptions.




- Collect customer feedback and communicate requirements or concerns to the management team.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and qualified counter/display area.
- Coordinate with the operations team regarding meal deliveries, customer changes, and daily requirements.

Candidate Requirements

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident in speaking with customers and explaining products.
- Sales-oriented, proactive, and comfortable approaching potential customers.
- Presentable, punctual, responsible, and customer-focused.
- Previous experience in sales, retail, food service, gym/fitness, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
