- Access Control: Check and log entry for all visitors, delivery personnel, cab drivers, and domestic help at the main gate.
- Vehicle Management: Direct parking for residents and guests, and prevent unauthorized parking in reserved slots.
- Patrolling: Walk regular rounds of the society premises, including basements, parking lots, stairwells, and entry gates to spot risks.
- CCTV & Monitoring: Watch live camera feeds and report any strange behavior or suspicious individuals.
- Emergency Response: Act rapid during fires, medical crises, or security breaches, and notify management or local authorities.
