Position: HR Manager / HR Head – Hospital
Department: Human Resources
Location: Wani, Maharashtra
Experience: 3 to 8 Years in Hospital HR Management
Education: MBA / PGDM in Human Resource Management
Industry Preference: Hospital / Healthcare
Salary: up to 4.2 LPA
Mandatory Requirements
* MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.
* Minimum 2 years of relevant Hospital HR experience.
* Previous experience in NABH-accredited / NABH-process hospital is highly preferred.
* Practical knowledge of NABH HR-related standards, documentation and compliance.
* Experience in recruitment and manpower planning for doctors, nurses, paramedical, administrative and support staff.
* Strong knowledge of hospital HR policies, attendance, leave, payroll coordination and employee records.
* Experience in handling employee grievances, disciplinary matters and staff counselling.
* Good knowledge of joining, appointment, induction, confirmation and exit processes.
* Ability to prepare and maintain HR SOPs, policies, job descriptions and HR documentation.
* Experience in staff training, orientation and competency assessment.
* Ability to coordinate NABH audits, HR files, staff credentials, training records and compliance documentation.
* Robust communication and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage complete HR operations of the hospital.
2.
Plan and maintain manpower requirements department-wise.
3. Recruit and onboard doctors, nurses, technicians, front office, accounts, housekeeping, security and other hospital staff.
4. Maintain employee personal files and statutory/HR records.
5. Implement hospital HR policies, SOPs and disciplinary procedures.
6. Manage attendance, leave, duty rosters and payroll coordination.
7. Conduct staff induction and regular training programmes.
8. Ensure NABH-related HR documentation and compliance.
9. Coordinate internal audits and prepare HR records for NABH inspections.
10. Monitor employee performance, appraisal and confirmation.
11. Handle employee grievances and maintain discipline.
12. Develop employee retention and engagement initiatives.
13. Coordinate with all HODs regarding manpower and employee-related issues.
14. Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
15. Prepare regular HR MIS reports for Hospital Management.
Preferred Candidate
Priority will be given to candidates who have independently handled HR operations in a 50–150+ bed hospital and have practical experience in NABH implementation/accreditation.
Important: Candidate should be a hands-on Hospital HR professional, not only an MBA HR graduate with general corporate HR experience.
