About One DiagnosticsOne Diagnostics is a growing B2B Diagnostic Laboratory providing reliable and quality diagnostic services to healthcare professionals, clinics, nursing homes, hospitals, and other healthcare institutions.

We are looking for energetic, target-oriented and business-focused Marketing Executives to expand our client network and generate new business across North and South Kolkata.

- Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and acquire new clients including doctors, clinics, nursing homes, hospitals, laboratories and healthcare centres.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Generate new business and achieve monthly sales/revenue targets.
- Conduct regular field visits to prospective and existing clients.
- Promote One Diagnostics' laboratory services, test packages and B2B diagnostic solutions.
- Identify new market opportunities and potential business areas.
- Follow up with clients and convert leads into regular business.
- Ensure timely collection of client requirements and coordinate with internal teams.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback to management.
- Maintain accurate daily visit, lead and sales reports.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly business targets.
- Candidate RequirementsMinimum 1 year of experience in field sales/marketing preferred.




- Candidates with experience in Pharmaceutical, Diagnostic Laboratory, Healthcare or Medical Sales will be preferred.
- Must own a motorcycle/bike and have a valid 2-wheeler driving licence.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of the local Kolkata market.
- Must be comfortable with extensive field visits.
- Strong sales ability and business-development mindset.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated and result-driven.
- Ability to build long-term relationships with doctors and healthcare clients.
- Basic knowledge of diagnostic tests/services will be an added advantage.
- Compensation & IncentivesFixed Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000/month depending on experience and capability.
- Daily/Field TA: As per company policy.
