We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support our Human Resources functions. The ideal candidate will manage recruitment, employee onboarding, HR operations, employee engagement initiatives, and compliance while ensuring a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
- Conduct employee onboarding and induction programs.
- Maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Support payroll inputs, attendance, leave management, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Support in implementing HR policies and assist the consultancy in compliance-related work in line with labor laws and company guidelines.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities, training programs, and performance management processes.
- Address employee queries and support grievance handling.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain HR dashboards and MIS.
- Coordinate exit formalities, including documentation and exit interviews.
- Support other HR initiatives as assigned by the HR Manager.
