Haveli Inn is a current multi-cuisine restaurant (North Indian, South Indian, Chinese, Hyderabadi). We need a cook specially for South Indian dishes.
What we need:
- Must know how to cook South Indian food well — idli, dosa, sambar, chutney, rasam, uttapam, and other South Indian items
- Should be able to handle restaurant-level cooking (large quantities, consistent taste, quick service)
- Should keep kitchen clean and follow hygiene rules
- Should be punctual and reliable
- Real cooking experience matters more than certificates/education
Who we prefer:
- People from South India, especially Telangana or Andhra Pradesh (preferred, not compulsory)
- Experience in restaurant/hotel kitchen preferred
Salary: ₹25000-30000 per month
Food & Stay: Food and Stay will be provided
