We are looking for a confident Admissions Counsellor who can convert enquiries into confirmed admissions for our Architecture Entrance and Interior Design programs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Call and follow up with fresh, pending and old leads daily.
- Understand student and parent requirements and guide them about suitable programs.
- Explain courses, fees, batches, admission process and career opportunities clearly.
- Schedule counselling sessions, institute visits and demo/interaction appointments.
- Maintain accurate lead status, follow-up dates and notes in CRM/Excel.
- Follow up until admission is completed or the lead is properly closed.
- Coordinate with management and academic team for admissions-related queries.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.

Candidate Requirements:

- Excellent communication in English, Hindi and Marathi.
- Solid convincing, follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in education admissions, counselling, sales or tele-calling preferred.
- Comfortable working with targets, calls, WhatsApp and Excel/CRM.
- Graduation preferred.
