We need a serious, high-performing sales skilled for 3 kW residential solar sales.

- Minimum target: 5 confirmed solar sales per month
- Field sales only: door-to-door, society visits, market outreach, stalls, and campaign activities
- Must have strong local market presence and proven sales numbers
- Experience in solar, real estate, electrical, telecom, insurance, or home-improvement sales preferred
- Must independently generate leads, meet customers, close sales, and follow up until confirmation
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills required
- Only performance matters—no excuses, no stories

Salary & Incentive:

- Fixed salary is performance-based and paid as per target achievement
- Incentive/commission on every confirmed sale
