We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Restaurant Captain to manage the day-to-day operations of our Fort outlet.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage smooth outlet operations and guest service.
- Welcome guests, take orders, ensure quality service and handle complaints professionally.
- Drive sales through effective upselling of beverages, fries, desserts and add-ons.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and outlet presentation.
- Monitor stock, item availability and update Zomato/Swiggy availability.
- Manage cash, sales, expenses and daily MOAR entries.
- Supervise staff grooming, discipline and service standards.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and housekeeping teams.
- Identify and report maintenance/equipment issues.
- Take complete ownership of the outlet during the shift.

Shift: 4.30:00 PM – 03:00 AM

Ideal Candidate: Solid communication skills, hospitality mindset, good leadership ability, punctual, responsible and comfortable managing restaurant operations independently.
