We are looking for an experienced Area Manager – Valet Operations to manage and oversee valet parking operations across multiple client locations. The person will be responsible for manpower management, operational excellence, client relationships, customer experience, compliance, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across assigned sites.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operations Management

- Manage day-to-day valet and parking operations across multiple sites.
- Ensure smooth vehicle movement, parking, retrieval, ticketing, and customer handling.
- Ensure all sites follow Parksmart's SOPs, operational processes, and service standards.
- Conduct regular site visits and identify operational gaps.
