Key Responsibilities:

- Manage & support multiple store operations
- Ensure excellent customer service & resolve complaints
- Train and guide store teams
- Monitor sales, inventory, costs & operational standards
- Conduct store audits, stock checks & variance analysis
- Ensure SOP, food safety & SOD/EOD compliance
- Coordinate with Accounts & Area Managers for monthly reporting
- Travel regularly between stores/locations
