We are looking for a confident, energetic, and customer-focused Customer Development Executive to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential customers through outbound calls, understanding their gardening and green-space requirements, generating qualified leads, conducting follow-ups, and supporting the sales team in converting enquiries into customers. The ideal candidate should have prior BPO/telecalling experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to confidently engage customers over the phone.
