? Position: Telesales / TelecallerWe are looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented candidates to join our Personal Loan Sales Team at Bajaj Finance Limited.

- Key Responsibilities Handle outbound calls to customers for Personal Loan offerings.
- Explain loan products, eligibility, and advantages to customers.
- Generate and process Personal Loan leads.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into successful disbursals.
- Maintain good customer relationships and achieve monthly sales targets.

- ? Salary & IncentivesSalary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹17,000/- In-Hand

- Potential Monthly Earnings:



₹30,000 – ₹35,000+ depending on performance
- ✅ Eligibility CriteriaAge: Below 28 years
