Core Responsibilities

• Lead Generation: Find local print shops, packaging plants, and newspaper offices that use printing plates.

• Cold Calling: Visit print facilities in person to pitch your company's offset plates.

• Order Processing: Take and log product orders accurately from cli-ents during field visits.

• Product Demos: Show samples of thermal, conventional plates to prove print quality.

• Relationship Building: Visit regular buyers often to keep high cus-tomer satisfaction and repeat orders.

Key Duties in the Field

• Market Research: Watch local competitor prices and find recent print-ing trends in your zone.

• Complaint Handling: Report damaged goods or print defects back to the main office quickly.

• Daily Reporting: Send a log of all client visits, orders taken, and leads to the sales manager.
