Job Responsibilities:

* Daily minimum 100+ customer calls karna.

* Customers ko call karke product/service ke baare mein batana aur convince karna.

* Customer queries aur support ko properly handle karna.

* Existing customers se follow-up lena aur relationship maintain karna.

* Sales generate karna aur sales pitch karna.

* New customers ko identify karke company ke saath onboard/join karna.

* Customer details aur daily calling report Excel mein maintain karna.

* Interested customers ka regular follow-up karna.

* Daily/weekly calling aur sales targets achieve karna.

Required Skills:

* Valuable Communication & Customer Convincing Skills.

* Basic Computer & MS Excel Knowledge.

* Good Hindi communication; basic English preferred.

* Sales & follow-up skills.

* Customer handling aur problem-solving ability.

* Confident and positive attitude.
