Job Summary

The ideal candidate will manage all organic social channels while fully owning our paid advertising strategies on Facebook and Instagram. Proficiency in Meta Ads is a non-negotiable requirement for this role. You will be responsible for campaign creation, budget optimization, precise audience targeting, and deep-dive performance analysis to maximize ROI/ROAS.

Key Responsibilities

Paid Media & Meta Ads Management (Core Focus)

- Execute Paid Campaigns: Launch, monitor, and optimize paid campaigns using Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram).
- Audience Optimization: Build custom, lookalike, and interest-based target audiences to minimize acquisition costs.
- A/B Testing: Set up structural tests for ad creatives, copy variants, landing pages, and campaign objectives.
- Data & Analytics: Track daily metrics (CPA, CPC, CTR, ROAS) and build actionable performance reports.
- Pixel Management: Maintain Meta Pixel setups, Custom Conversions, and Conversions API tracking.

Organic Social Media Management

- Content Calendars: Plan, schedule,



and publish high-quality social content using tools like Hootsuite or Buffer.
- Platform Growth: Build brand presence across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with copywriters and graphic designers to develop high-converting visual assets.
- Trend Hacking: Monitor industry shifts, viral trends, and platform algorithm changes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Experience: 1–3 years of dedicated digital marketing experience, with a proven portfolio of profitable Meta Ad campaigns.
- Meta Tools: Mastery of Meta Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, and Events Manager.
- Analytical Mindset: Expert ability to interpret marketing data and translate spreadsheets into creative shifts.
- Content Creation: Strong copywriting capabilities tailored to driving paid conversions.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Certifications: Meta Certified Digital Marketing Associate or Media Buying Qualified status is highly preferred
