Field Marketing Executive – Ludhiana

Conduct field visits across Ludhiana to identify current homes, upcoming residential projects and potential customers.

Collect genuine customer, architect, builder and project-related data.

Generate qualified leads for furniture and home furnishing requirements.

Visit construction sites, residential areas and new developments.

Build relationships with architects, builders, contractors and property dealers.

Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp.

Maintain daily visit and lead-generation reports.

Coordinate with the showroom sales team and pass qualified leads for conversion.

Achieve monthly lead-generation and field-visit targets.

Requirements:

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Comfortable with extensive field visits in Ludhiana.

Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp and Excel.

Field sales/marketing experience preferred, but freshers with good communication skills can apply.

Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
