Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and energetic Telecalling Team Leader to manage and motivate our real estate telecalling team.

Responsibilities

- Manage and motivate a team of telecallers.

- Handle daily calling and follow-up activities.

- Allocate leads and monitor team performance.

- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

- Train and guide telecallers to improve conversions.

- Monitor calls, follow-ups, site visits, and bookings.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in telecalling/team handling.

- Real estate experience preferred.

- Good communication and convincing skills.

- Strong leadership and team-management skills.

- Target-oriented approach.

- Basic knowledge of Excel/CRM.

- Tamil and English communication skills.
