Site Supervisor / Project Engineer – Solar Projects.Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Site Supervisor / Project Engineer who can independently manage day-to-day site activities, manpower, materials, and project execution.

- Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily solar project site activities and ensure work is completed as per plan.
- Manage and coordinate site workers, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Monitor material requirement, receipt, storage, issue, and consumption at site.
- Maintain proper material stock and site inventory records.
- Check material availability and inform management about shortages or requirements.
- Coordinate with the project team for project planning and execution.
- Ensure installation work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly site reports.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, engineers,



and other site teams when required.
- Identify site issues and take necessary corrective action.
- Ensure proper safety practices and housekeeping at the project site.
- Maintain project-related documents, measurements, checklists, and records.
- Ensure the project is completed within the planned timeline and required quality.
- Required SkillsBasic knowledge of Solar PV installation and project execution.
- Good understanding of construction/site activities.
- Ability to manage manpower and materials.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently at project sites.
- Strong responsibility and problem-solving attitude.
