We are hiring an Online Sales Executive for our office in South Ramalinga Nagar, Trichy. This is a full-time, on-site role. If you are good at closing deals over chat and phone, this role pays you for it.

Key responsibilities:

Respond to incoming enquiries on WhatsApp Business and convert them into sales

Make follow-up calls to warm leads until they close

Explain products, handle objections and negotiate confidently

Keep daily records of calls, chats and conversions

Meet monthly sales targets

Who should apply:

12th pass or above

Freshers and experienced candidates are both welcome

Fluent in Tamil; positive English preferred

Comfortable spending the full day on calls and WhatsApp chat

Must be able to travel to our Trichy office daily

Salary: Rs 14,000 fixed per month plus performance incentive (average Rs 8,000 per month). Incentives range from Rs 3,000 to Rs 12,000 depending on your conversions, so strong closers earn more.
