- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and handle leads for Personal Loans, Business Loans, Balance Transfer and Overdraft facilities.
- Contact potential customers through calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan products.
- Explain loan eligibility, ROI, tenure, processing fees and other terms clearly.
- Follow up with customers and ensure timely collection of required documents.
- Coordinate with banks/NBFCs and internal teams for smooth case processing.
- Handle customer objections and convert leads into successful disbursements.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and update customer information in CRM/Excel.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and disbursement targets.
- Required SkillsExcellent communication and convincing skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation ability.
- Good customer-handling and relationship-building skills.
- Strong follow-up and lead-conversion skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM and email.
- Prior experience in loan/financial sales will be an advantage.
