- ? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:? Handle customer inquiries related to domestic and international travel.
- ✈️ Assist customers with flight, hotel, holiday package, bus, and train bookings.
- ?️ Provide accurate travel information, fare details,



and itinerary planning.
- ? Resolve customer queries through calls, emails, and chat.
- ? Upsell hotels, insurance, holiday packages, and other travel services.
- ? Maintain excellent customer relationships and deliver exceptional service.
- ? Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- ? Coordinate with internal teams for smooth bookings and issue resolution.
- ⭐ IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE:?‍? Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- ?️ Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- ? Customer-focused with good sales and negotiation skills.
- ? Basic computer knowledge with MS Office skills.
- ✈️ Travel industry experience preferred.
- ? SALARY & INCENTIVES:? Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000/month
- ? Incentive: Up to ₹30,000
