- Taking Orders: Guests se khane aur peene ka order accurately (sahi se) lena aur use kitchen (KOT) mein punch karna.
- Food Recommendation: Agar guest puchein, toh unhe restaurant ke special dishes aur best combinations ke baare mein batana.
- Serving Food: Kitchen se khana taiyar hone par use sahi table par garam-garam aur sahi tarike se serve karna.
