Job Summary

Krishna Plywood Industries Pvt. Ltd. is looking for energetic and result-oriented Site Locator / Field Executives to expand our market presence in the Shuttering Plywood segment. The candidate will be responsible for identifying construction projects, generating business opportunities, developing strong relationships with builders and contractors, and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct regular field visits to construction sites, commercial projects, infrastructure projects, and real estate developments.
- Identify new requirements for Shuttering Plywood and collect complete project information.
- Build strong relationships with builders, contractors, engineers, architects, consultants, project managers, and site supervisors.
- Generate qualified business leads and submit daily reports to the management.
- Maintain complete records of customer details, project status, and future requirements.
- Coordinate with the sales team for quotations, sample delivery, order follow-up, and customer support.
- Monitor local market activities, competitor products, pricing,



and ongoing projects.
- Develop new customers while maintaining long-term relationships with existing clients.
- Achieve monthly field activity and lead generation targets.

Candidate Requirements:

- Experience in Plywood, Building Materials, Construction, Cement, Steel, Paint, Hardware, Laminates, ACP, Tiles, Sanitary, or related industries will be preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills, confidence, and willingness to work in field sales are also encouraged to apply.
- Strong networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Must be willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones, Google Maps, and report submission.
- Ability to work independently and achieve assigned targets.
