- Field Sourcing & Mobilization: Visit local communities, educational institutes, job fairs, industrial areas, and public venues to identify and attract potential candidates.
- On-the-Ground Screening: Conduct preliminary interviews and assessment sessions in office to evaluate candidate suitability, communication skills, and qualifications.
- Recruitment Drives: Plan, organize, and execute walk-in interview drives and hiring events in targeted geographic locations.
- Stakeholder & Partner Outreach: Establish and maintain strong relationships with local community leaders, skill development institutes, placement agencies, and government employment exchanges.
