We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to manage day-to-day production activities in our exercise notebook manufacturing unit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise production, manpower, and machine operations.
- Ensure production targets and quality standards are achieved.
- Monitor machine productivity, wastage, and downtime.
- Coordinate with maintenance, quality, packing, and dispatch teams.
- Maintain daily production reports and ensure smooth workflow.
- Ensure workplace safety, discipline, and housekeeping.
Experience: 2 years in manufacturing/printing/notebook or stationery industry preferred.
