A Picker Packer finds inventory on warehouse shelves and packages items securely to fulfill customer orders quickly and accurately.

? Key Responsibilities

- Picking: Find and retrieve items using order sheets or electronic RF scanners.
- Packing: Place items into boxes with protective wrap and seal them securely.
- Inspecting: Check products for damage or defects before shipping.
- Labeling: Print and affix correct shipping labels and barcodes to packages.
- Organizing: Restock shelves, count inventory, and keep the workspace clean.

⚡ Key Requirements

- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, bend, and walk for long shifts.
- Lifting: Ability to lift heavy objects regularly (usually 25 to 50 lbs).
- Detail-Oriented: High accuracy in matching item numbers, colors, and quantities.
- Speed: Ability to work quick to meet daily shipping deadlines.
- Education: No formal degree required; on-the-job training is provided.
