About the Role

FairNeft FundTech Private Limited are seeking an exceptionally capable, mature, and dependable Chief Business Officer (CBO) to serve as the Founder’s direct right hand and primary operational bridge across both businesses.

This is a high-trust, high-responsibility position designed for a strategic, emotionally intelligent, and highly organized professional. Rather than just managing standard department functions, you will operate as a central command point—translating the Founder's vision into structured execution, ensuring cross-functional accountability, and keeping the entire organization aligned.

Key Responsibilities

- Founder & Leadership Support: Turn high-level leadership discussions, strategies, and decisions into actionable plans; manage executive priorities and maintain complete business confidentiality.
- Cross-Functional Execution: Track tasks, deliverables, and commitments across Sales, Finance, Operations, HR, Marketing, and Vendor teams to ensure zero operational drop-offs.
- Issue Resolution: Spot operational bottlenecks, communication gaps,



and project delays early. Bring practical solutions to the table rather than just escalation.
- Strategic & Data Support: Conduct market research, evaluate new business models, prepare performance summaries, and track critical KPIs for both entities.
- Stakeholder Management: Represent the Founder professionally across internal teams, external partners, key clients, and vendors.

Requirements

- Track Record: Demonstrated experience in executive operations, strategic coordination, management consulting, or as a Chief of Staff or Senior Business Coordination roles.
- Core Attributes: High emotional intelligence (EQ), exceptional listening skills, tactful communication, composure under pressure, solid analytical capability and absolute integrity handling sensitive data.
- Broad Business Acumen: Quick to understand P&L; basics, operational workflows, and revenue drivers in Agri-Tech, Energy, or Supply Chain setups.
- Proactive Owner: Ability to step up, make sound business judgments, and keep projects moving when the Founder is away.
- Organizational Skills: Methodical, systematic, and capable of prioritizing competing deadlines effortlessly.
