Job Summary
Sri Ruchi Bhel Corner in Vijayanagar is hiring two reliable Counter Staff members—one for the morning preparation shift and one for the busy evening shift. You will be responsible for preparing high-quality ingredients and serving delicious pani puri and chaat items to our local customers with speed and a friendly attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparation (Mainly Morning Shift): Make fresh batches of spicy mint water, sweet chutney, potato/peas stuffing, and chop vegetables.
- Serving (Mainly Evening Shift): Assemble and serve pani puri, bhel puri, and sev puri quickly to handle the heavy evening rush.
- Hygiene: Keep the counter area spotless, wear gloves/hairnets, and follow strict food safety practices.
- Customer Service: Greet Vijayanagar locals warmly, manage customer queues efficiently, and handle cash or digital payments.
Requirements & Skills
- Language: Basic Kannada is required, with a willingness to learn and improve while talking to customers.
- Experience: Prior experience at a chaat counter or rapid-food shop is highly preferred.
- Speed: Excellent hand-speed to serve multiple customers quickly during peak hours.
- Punctuality: Must arrive on time for the designated shift to ensure smooth operations.
