• Handle inbound client calls related to Tally Accounting Software.

• Understand and analyze client’s accounting and taxation issues, including GST (Valuable and Services Tax) and TDS (Tax Deducted at source).

• Provide step-by-step guidance and solution for resolving Tally- related problems and queries on GST-TDS.

• Maintain clear communication and ensure client satisfaction

• Document customer interaction and issues for future reference

• Collaborate with the team to improve service quality and client experiences.
