Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Interior Fit-Out Supervisor to manage and supervise interior execution at project sites across Delhi NCR.
- ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily interior fit-out and installation work at site.
- Coordinate with carpenters, fabricators, electricians, painters, civil contractors and other vendors.
- Read and understand AutoCAD/interior drawings and ensure execution as per design.
- Check site measurements, levels, dimensions and finishing quality.
- Supervise carpentry, civil, false ceiling, flooring, electrical, painting, glass, metal and furniture works.
- Coordinate material delivery and ensure proper material usage.
- Maintain daily site progress and coordinate with the project/design team.
- Identify and resolve site execution issues.
- Ensure work is completed within the project timeline and required quality standards.
- Conduct snagging and ensure defects are rectified before handover.
- Maintain site safety, cleanliness and discipline.
- Requirements3–7 years of experience in interior fit-out/site supervision.
- Valuable knowledge of interior materials, construction methods and finishing.
- Ability to read AutoCAD drawings.
- Good knowledge of site measurements and execution.
- Experience managing contractors and workers.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel across Delhi NCR.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
PreferredExperience in residential, commercial, retail, hospitality, restaurants, custom furniture or high-end interior projects will be an advantage.
Education: ITI / Diploma / Degree in Civil, Interior Design, Architecture or related field preferred.
