As we expand our reach, we are looking for an experienced sales professional to join our team remotely from Pune to capture and convert high-intent B2B marketplace leads.

## Job Overview

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth by managing inbound enquiries. This is a fully remote (Work from Home) role tailored for a candidate living in Pune who has a deep understanding of the Ayurvedic market. Your primary day-to-day responsibility will be checking, following up with, and closing deals from leads generated via IndiaMART.

## Key Responsibilities

* Lead Management: Monitor and promptly respond to incoming product enquiries and RFQs (Request for Quotes) on IndiaMART.

* B2B Consultation: Call prospective business buyers, retailers, and distributors to understand their volume requirements.

* Deal Closure: Share competitive price lists,



negotiate commercial terms, and efficiently convert prospects into confirmed orders.

* Multi-lingual Communication: Seamlessly pivot between English, Hindi, and Marathi depending on the client's preferred language to build trust and rapport.

* Sales Tracking: Document communication status, follow-up dates, and conversion cycles in a daily sales tracker.

## Qualifications & Requirements

* Experience: Strictly 2 to 3 years of experience selling Ayurvedic, herbal, or wellness products.

* Platform Expertise: Prior hands-on experience navigating the IndiaMART seller dashboard, managing buyers, and filtering high-quality leads.

* Language Proficiency: Strong verbal and written communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and English are mandatory.

* Remote Setup: A dependable home working workplace in Pune equipped with a laptop, smartphone, and a high-speed internet connection.

* Core Competencies: Confident telephone etiquette, aggressive follow-up habits, and excellent negotiation strategies.
