Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in the showroom with a warm and professional approach.
- Understand customer requirements, preferences, occasions, and budgets.
- Recommend suitable jewellery products and provide detailed product knowledge.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall store targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Handle customer queries, negotiations, follow-ups, and after-sales support.
- Maintain a strong understanding of diamonds, gold, gemstones, jewellery collections, and current market trends.
- Ensure an excellent customer experience throughout the sales journey.
- Maintain accurate customer records and regularly follow up with prospective clients.
- Coordinate with the store team for billing, orders, customisation, and delivery.
- Maintain showroom standards and ensure jewellery is presented professionally.
