JOB DESCRIPTION – MARKETING FIELD EXECUTIVE

Position Details

Job Title: Marketing Field Executive

Department: Marketing & Business Development

Reporting To: Marketing Manager / Business Development Manager

Location: Hospital / Field Area

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Purpose: To promote the hospital's healthcare services, develop strong relationships with doctors, clinics, diagnostic centers, corporations, and other referral sources, and generate patient referrals and business opportunities through effective field marketing activities.

1. Key Responsibilities Visit doctors, clinics, nursing homes, diagnostic centers, corporations, and other healthcare institutions regularly to promote hospital services.
2. Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with referring doctors and healthcare professionals.
3. Generate patient referrals and business leads through regular field visits and networking.
4. Promote hospital services including OPD, IPD, Emergency, ICU, Diagnostics, Surgery, Cardiology, and other specialty services.
5. Inform referral sources about available consultants, specialties, health packages, facilities, and new services.
6. Identify new referral opportunities and develop a database of potential doctors, clinics, and organizations.
7. Coordinate with the hospital's internal departments to ensure smooth handling of referred patients.
8. Follow up with referral sources and prospective patients as required.
9. Participate in health camps, awareness programs, corporate health check-up programs and promotional activities.
10. Collect market feedback regarding competitors, pricing, services and patient requirements and share it with the reporting manager.
11. Achieve assigned daily, weekly and monthly field visit and business targets.
12. Maintain proper records of field visits, meetings, leads, referrals and conversions.




13. Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly marketing activity reports.
14. Ensure skilled representation of the hospital during all external meetings and visits.
15. Coordinate with the Marketing, Operations, Billing and Clinical teams wherever required.
16. Perform any other marketing and business development activities assigned by management.

Qualification & Experience Education: Graduate in any discipline; preferably MBA/PGDM in Marketing or Healthcare Management.

Experience: 1–3 years of experience in hospital marketing, healthcare business development, pharmaceutical marketing, medical representative or related field.

Freshers: Candidates with good communication, networking, and convincing skills may also be considered.

- Additional Requirements A valid two-wheeler driving license is preferred.
- Candidates should be comfortable with extensive field visits.
- Knowledge of the local area and healthcare network will be an added advantage.
