URGENT HIRING – DESIGN ARCHITECT

We are looking for a creative and skilled Design Architect to join our team on an urgent basis.

?️ Position: Design Architect

Experience: 2+ Years

Location: Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Joining: Immediate / Short Notice Preferred

? Key Responsibilities

* Develop architectural concepts and design proposals

* Prepare detailed 2D plans, elevations, sections and working drawings

* Develop creative and functional residential/commercial designs

* Prepare and modify architectural drawings as per project requirements

* Work on design development from concept to detailed drawings

* Coordinate architectural design with structural and interior requirements

* Prepare presentations and design proposals for clients

* Coordinate with site/project teams during execution

* Ensure design intent is maintained throughout the project

? Required Skills

✅ Strong command of AutoCAD

✅ Excellent understanding of architectural planning and design





✅ Positive knowledge of 2D & 3D architectural visualization/design

✅ Strong understanding of elevations, sections and detailing

✅ Good design sense and creativity

✅ Knowledge of SketchUp / 3ds Max / Revit will be an advantage

✅ Good understanding of materials and construction details

✅ Client presentation and communication skills

? Portfolio

Strong design portfolio is highly preferred.

Candidates should be able to demonstrate their previous architectural design work.

? Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who is design-oriented, creative and capable of developing architectural concepts independently, rather than focusing only on site supervision/execution.

Immediate joiners / candidates with short notice period will be preferred.
