- ? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Contact customers for pending loan and EMI payments.
- Conduct field visits to customers for debt and loan recovery.
- Follow up with customers regarding outstanding dues and payment commitments.
- Explain pending payment details and available repayment options to customers.
- Handle client meetings and customer interactions professionally.
- Maintain regular follow-ups to achieve assigned collection targets.
- Record collection activities, customer commitments, and payment updates accurately.
- Build skilled relationships while handling recovery cases.
- Follow applicable debt collection laws, company policies, and procedures.
- Coordinate with the team regarding difficult or pending recovery cases.
- Ensure timely reporting of field visits and collection activities.

- Experienced Debt Recovery Agent with 6+ months of relevant experience.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable with field work, client visits, and customer meetings.
- Knowledge of debt collection, EMI collection, and loan recovery.
- Must have a two-wheeler and valid driving license.
- DRA Certificate is required.
- Responsible, target-oriented, and comfortable handling customer interactions.
