? Job Responsibilities

• Manage daily optical store operations

• Achieve sales & monthly targets

• Manage Optometrist & Sales team

• Handle customers & resolve complaints

• Manage inventory, billing & cash

• Track spectacle orders & deliveries

• Maintain store display & cleanliness

• Train and motivate staff

? Required Skills

✅ Leadership & Team Management

✅ Sales & Customer Handling

✅ Inventory & Billing

✅ Valuable Communication

✅ Basic Computer/POS Knowledge

✅ Optical experience preferred
