About the RoleChain Reaction Consulting is looking for motivated, confident, and result-oriented individuals to join our Sales & Marketing team.

- Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and connect with potential customers, clients, or donors through approved channels.
- Explain the company’s products, services, or campaigns clearly and professionally.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into successful outcomes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and prospects.
- Follow up with leads and ensure timely communication.
- Meet assigned performance and sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and conversions.
- Participate in marketing and promotional activities.
- Work closely with the team to improve sales strategies and overall performance.
- Consistently monitor your own performance and work towards achieving higher results.
