- Job Responsibilities
- Assist doctors during outpatient consultations and interventional pain procedures.
- Prepare patients for procedures and provide pre- and post-procedure nursing care.
- Monitor and record vital signs before, during, and after procedures.
- Maintain procedure rooms, treatment areas, and nursing stations in a clean and organized manner.
- Ensure proper sterilization and handling of medical instruments and equipment.
- Administer medications, injections, and IV fluids as prescribed by the doctor.
- Assist with patient admission, discharge, and documentation.
- Maintain accurate patient records, treatment notes, and nursing documentation.
- Educate patients regarding medications, post-procedure care, and follow-up instructions.
- Coordinate with insurance, billing, and front-office staff when required.
- Manage medical supplies, inventory, and stock maintenance.
- Follow infection control protocols and clinic safety standards.
- Handle emergency situations and provide basic life support when required.
- Answer patient queries and maintain a skilled, compassionate approach toward patients.
