We are looking for a highly experienced, hands-on Experienced Chef to lead our intimate kitchen team. You will be on the line, leading by example, and ensuring every single plate that hits the dining room is flawless.

Key Responsibilities:

- Hands-On Kitchen Leadership: Actively cook and expedite during peak restaurant hours. Directly manage, cross-train, and mentor a compact team of commis chefs and helpers to maintain rhythm during live service.
- Culinary Excellence & Execution: Deliver flawless Continental and Italian dishes. Maintain absolute consistency in flavor profiles, portion control, and meticulous a-la-carte plating.
- Quality & Ticket Times: Oversee the flow of the kitchen to ensure ticket times remain low without ever sacrificing our visual or culinary standards.




- Operations & Cost Control: Manage daily restaurant inventory, optimize food costing, minimize waste, and maintain strict adherence to local food safety and hygiene regulations.
