Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor BMS systems including HVAC, lighting, fire alarm, CCTV & access control.
- Handle troubleshooting and preventive maintenance of electrical, plumbing & HVAC systems.
- Attend breakdowns and emergency maintenance requirements.
- Coordinate with facility teams, vendors & contractors.
- Maintain maintenance records and ensure safety compliance.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Graduate in Electrical/Mechanical.
- MST certification or valid electrician license.
- Strong knowledge of BMS & MEP systems.
- Positive communication and troubleshooting skills.
- Candidates from Real Estate, Facility Management or Hospitality background preferred.
