Job Summary DCH Global Assist Solution Private Limited is hiring Customer Support Executives for its Work-From-Home Punjabi/ Odia Survey Project (Batch 11). This is a permanent WFH prospect suited to candidates who can communicate clearly in Punjabi/ Odia and are comfortable working on a laptop with a stable internet connection. Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct customer support / survey interactions in Punjabi / Odia as per project guidelines
- Accurately record and update responses/data in the designated survey or CRM tool
- Maintain quality and productivity standards set for the WFH survey project
- Follow call/chat scripts, escalation processes, and compliance guidelines




- Coordinate with the reporting Team Leader for daily targets, feedback, and issue resolution
- Maintain a professional, courteous approach with all customers/respondents

Eligibility Criteria

- Gender: Male / Female
- Minimum age: 18 years
- Qualification: 10th Pass to Graduate (any stream)
- Good verbal communication skills in Punjabi/ Odia
- Freshers and experienced candidates both welcome

Requirements to Work From Home

- Applicant must have a laptop
- Stable Wi-Fi / internet connection
- Headphone with mic
- Quiet, distraction-free workspace

Compensation & Engagement Details

- Salary: ₹8,000-9,000 per month
