We are looking for a Loan Officer with experience in Business Loan sales to drive customer acquisition and loan disbursements in Pune.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and acquire new customers for business loans.
- Handle end-to-end sales, from lead generation to loan disbursement.
- Build relationships with MSME/business customers, DSA/connector networks, and local markets.
- Assess customer requirements and coordinate with credit/operations teams.
- Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.
Requirements:
- 1–4 years of experience in Business Loan sales.
- Solid field sales and customer acquisition skills.
- Good knowledge of the Pune market and local business segments.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Candidates from NBFCs, banks, or fintech lending companies preferred.
