Job Title: Customer Support Executive – GCO (Go Crazy Offers)

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join Go Crazy Offers (GCO). The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers and business partners, resolving queries, explaining GCO services, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer queries through calls, WhatsApp, chat, and other support channels
- Explain GCO features and services clearly to customers and business owners
- Resolve complaints and provide timely solutions
- Follow up with customers and vendors when required
- Help users with account, subscription, offers, rewards, and app-related queries
- Maintain records of customer interactions and issues
- Coordinate with internal teams for unresolved technical or operational problems
- Collect customer feedback and help improve the overall customer experience
- Maintain professional and polite communication at all times

Requirements:

- Positive communication skills in Hindi and basic English




- Comfortable speaking with customers over phone and WhatsApp
- Basic knowledge of smartphones, mobile apps, and computers
- Good listening and problem-solving skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Freshers can apply; customer support or telecalling experience is an advantage
